UK Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Business post is only available through a direct enquiry as most orders are fulfilled through central stores and not sent from our offices. Please contact sales@steamandpressure.com with any small postal order requests or call 01202 886591 where we will be happy to accommodate your request.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Damages

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please inspect packages for damages before signing. Any claims for damages and/or missing goods must be made within 24 hrs of receipt of goods. Please e-mail sales@steamandpressure.com
